My JEE rank 2708 and ST category. Can I get NIT for CSE in Delhi?

If you have mentioned your All India Rank i.e. 2708 then you are getting the NITs also.
Since allotting of the college will depend on your All India Rank. Also, you can check it on a given link that which college will be allotting to you on basis of your rank.
