My JEE rank is 389886 and SC rank is 27096. Is there any chance to get a seat in any NIT for any branch?

You can check this year's category wise opening and closing ranks of round 6 counselling at
https://josaa.nic.in/webinfocms/Public/View.aspx?page=71
Check for the Homestate NIT first. There you may get an idea of your selection.
