My JEE rank is 51k. Can I attend special round counselling for JEE Main if I withdraw my allotted seat in 7th round of JoSSA?

Yes, you can and I'll prefer you to withdraw it for sure as in the special round the chances of getting good NIT increases and it might be possible that you might land into the top NIT.
