My JEE rank is 54k in OBC category. Can I get any engineering college (for CSE) with low fees and average package of 10 LPA?

Hello Aftab, Congrats on completing JEE Mains Exam!
I want to inform you that even colleges with the highest paying fees, they have an Average Package of 7-8LPA. So, what I suggest is search colleges with whatever fee you like and also with freedom not to attend the college. (I am not suggesting in
