My JEE ST rank is 1456 & I've got 58% in AHSEC board. Am I eligible for NIT for biotechnology with PCB marks? I belong to ST Category.

You have to pass the minimum criteria required to get admission through JEE Mains.

You are not eligible to get any NIT as your 12th percentage is very low because eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is 75% in 12th and your percentage is 58%.

No, you cannot get any NIT for biotechnology. Your rank is good but board marks are less. The criteria is of 75% marks in board exam to get admission in NITs.
