My JELET GMR rank is 1527. Can I get admission in any government college for engineering?

Yes, you'll get chance. But depends on tour stream. As for IT, you might get KALYANI government engineering college and Jalpaiguri government engineering college. In Jalpaiguri government engineering college for IT GMR goes upto 2000 and for ECE & CSE upto 600.
