My JELET GMR rank is 2093 & SC is 285. Can I get any chance for B.Tech CSE or IT in any West Bengal government college?

With your category rank you might get a chance in Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College (in IT).
Well, I think you must try for other government colleges as the seats are too less. You may try Purulia Government Engineering College, Coochbehar Government Engineering College, etc.
