My JELET rank is 6448,and sc rank is 1020, my trade is civil, can i get govt college? please replay me its very urgent for me.

Yes, you can get admission in a government college in your respective state. As your SC rank is good in JELET exam and you want to pursue civil engineering you can take admission in any college.
