My KCET rank for engineering is 18560. Can I get CSE branch in Mangalore?

ith the KCET rank of 18560, if you want to get admission to CSE in Mangalore then it might be difficult for you but it is not impossible. Mangalore still has some great colleges and competition is also relatively very low in comparison with Bengaluru. CSE is a popular branch so according to me colleges might have already filled their seat but you can still try colleges like 
 • Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering
 • St. Joseph Engineering College
 • Canara Engineering College

Since you got a KCET rank of 18560, you don’t have very high probability of securing Computer Science and Engineering in Mangalore but it is reasonably possible. Here are some possibilities: - Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE): You can study CSE at MITE but that entirely depends on the availability of the seats and the competition for those seats. Srinivas Institute of Technology : SIT is another preferable course but CSE seats may be restricted.
