My KIITEE rank is 19818. Can I get admission for CSE?

little bit difficult as kiit cse rank goes around 5000

Good to see that you are interested in CS. But Cutoff for CS branch is something around 5000. Its a very demanding branch. So it will be difficult for you to get into it. -
