My marks in 10th and 12th were not good (60-69) & I want to do MBA from a good college, can you provide any suggestions?

MBA is a post-graduation course, so you first need to complete your graduation, and try to score more than 50% marks at graduation level. Prepare for CAT and try to score more than 95 percentile to get into any of the top 50 MBA institutes. To improve your chances in CAT, try and join coaching class

There are some good MBA colleges in India where admission will be easier. You can try LPU, Amity, UPES, Symbiosis etc. Are some good colleges that will be able to give you admission on entrance results.
