There are a lot of colleges where you can get admission with such fee structure. For example Amity University Sharda University CCSU.

You don't need to give entrance in every college. There are some which provide it even without entrance. Just look for their websites and check for registration dates admission dates etc. I hope there must be still scope for you like amity university etc.
