My marks increased in reevaluation for one subject but not in overall result, what to do when applying B.Ed entrance?

M.A. Final earlier percentage less than 50 but now after one subject marks increasement more than 50 but my overall result not updated online, what to do when applying for B.Ed as I will need to upload scanned copy of marksheet?
