My MAT Percentile is 95% and GMAT Score is 520. Please suggest me some of the best colleges to do MBA globally? How can I apply to these ?

Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia are my preferred destinations, However I am open to anywhere in the world if course curriculum and reputation of the college is good.
