My MAT score is 75% what kind of colleges can i except? and whats the difference in carrer paths if i choose m.b.a and pgdm?

I got 52% in tenth. choose CEC in +2 got 55%. and then choose b.com for which m waiting my results. I wrote my MAT and got 75.77%. what kind of colleges can i expect? and what is difference in career aspects of m.b.a and pgdm? and i don't like accounts. interested in marketing and human resources.
