my mat score is 98.3. any chance to get through???

for XLRI you need to give XAT test not MAT

XLRI accepts only XAT scores for BM and PMIR courses.
Your MAT percentile is very good. I would suggest you to apply for the top 5 colleges

3. Welingkar-MMS
4. Amity
5. IILM
