My MBA final results will be out this month. I would like to know whether I can apply for a job without the provisional certificate?

Yes you can surely apply for jobs. At the time of applying for a job you need not to submit any documents, but once selected, then you need to submit a photo copy of all the educational certificates, Date of Birth proof, Address proof etc.
