My MBA HR is going to get completed. Would it be beneficial for me to pursue PGD in social work?

It would be beneficial if you want to go to the CSR department or you want to join an NGO, but if you want to go for core HR then I doubt it is of any use.

Yes, but it would be better to take up some projects as well to earn some brownie points.
