    Hi dear,
    Based on your JELET rank, it is possible that you get admission in a government college. Do apply for Jalpaiguri and Kalyani colleges. You will get the admission.

    Sure, you'll get admission in government colleges like Kalyani Government Engineering College and Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. I'm not sure about Jadavpur University though.
    Since you haven't disclosed your stream, in JGEC, you'll easily get civil/CSE/IT and the same goes for KGEC.
