although it is not compulsory but it is preffered in many of the cbse schools. it is not possible for a hindi teacher to teach in english teacher. i myself had been working as a principal in a chain of schools. fluency in english is preferred in cbse schools just to impress the parents and as studen

no, but conversing outside the class room is prefered in english medium private /public schools
