My mom pursued MA Telugu long ago she cleared all subjects but lost in aggregate.She stopped writing 10 years back.Now how can she continue?

Age of my mom is 51 now. Long back she has applied for M.A. Telugu in Distance. Cleared all subjects but lacked in aggregate only. Can you please tell me the way for her to gain M.A. ?
