My mother tongue is Malayalam, will I be counted in linguistic minority or not?

No, only Tamil minority candidates will be eligible under the linguistic minority, but if the college decides that at the time of admission that all south Indian candidates can apply under the same then it will be notified accordingly. -

6 years agoNo SIESCOMS is providing minority for Tamil quota.Out of 120 students, 51 seats are reserved for minority quota.
