My Mother wishes to pursue fashion designing course. Can she take it up in any fashion designing institute in Calcutta?

My Mother turned 60, in December 2016. She served as an officer in the Eastern Railway H.Q. under the Government of India. Now that she is retired, she wants to pursue her desire of learning fashion designing. Can she take up the course from any institution imparting knowledge on the same?

She can pursue a Diploma course in fashion designing. She cannot pursue undergraduate course as she is not falling in the age group criteria of the course.
