My name Hrishikesh Gurav, i am a student of B.Sc.-II & my question is is it necessary for studying CEH we have to learn the 'C' language compulsory?

No its not necessary to learn C programming but you must know networking basics.
Learn from the known best institute for doing CEH. Trainer is Certified Ec-Council Instructor.
