Hi mr.Ashok i suggest you can go for PG in Management,or PGDMA to improve you profile and it will further brings greater hights...all the best

You can do Post Graduate Diploma in the filed of your profession, plus a diploma in general management.This will improvise your bio data, and you can associate your experience from management viewpoint.
