My name is Aswin. I am working as an ADMIN in-charge in a MNC. Is part time MBA will help me to go up with my career.

People advised me to do an MBA(HR) in part time. They advised me that doing part time MBA while working is good for my career. Give me a guideline.

    Yes, MBA degree will certainly help you if you do your MBA from UGC approved and reputed institution. You must choose your specialization subject cleverly such that it either adds up to your work experience or opens new avenues in the fields where you want to work. Specialization in HR will be good for you since you have experience in Admin functions. If part time MBA facilities are not available in your city then perhaps MBA through distance education mode would be better. Part time MBA usually takes 3 years where-as the one through distance education mode takes 2 years. You can also complete it in 18 months from institutes such as SM

    Yes, it is definitely good for career enhancement.
    Best colleges offering part-time MBA in HR are
    1. MDI
    2. SCMHRD etc
    But, deciding on the college depends on location. So, do let us know your location of work.
