My name is hasan i completed my b.tech in aeronautical engineering with 66% and 14 backlogs,ielts-7.5. i am planning for ms in canada

My consultant says i wont be able to get an admission in good university and also very less chances of getting visa .please sir tell me whether its true that my chances are very low for ms in canada
