Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, its a holistic course and deals mainly in to the management aspects, the major areas of specialization in MBA are:
Marketing.
Finance.
Human Resources.
Operations.
How ever as per your profile it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years a

yes you can go for MCA after BCA , you can continue you IT or computer field with MCA , otherwise you can also do MBA there are many specialization in MBA MBA (Spl) (Finance Management, Marketing Management, HR Management, International Business Management, Hospital Management, Hospitality Managemen
