You can pursue another MBA, or PHD in Business Administration or PHD in Marketing. You need to take the GMAT and TOEFL to qualify for the programs mentioned above. Please let me know if you have any other query.

Hi Nirajan, yes you can go for a 2nd MBA or a MS program in USA. For MBA you would be required to take the GMAT exam and for MS, you need to take the GRE exam
