Yes by donation the easier way or you need a very good rank at least 20 thousand in Aieee.

In Delhi You Didnt Get Direct Admission in B.Tech in Any College You Have to Clear IP CET and AIEEE to get Admission in DTU or NSIT As IP and DU Both Are Govt. Universities so there is no chance of getting Direct Admission.
