Regular Degree is Always Better than distance Degree. So if your Not Doing Job or if you are Doing Job can take 2 years Break then better go With regular MBA.

Hi Vijay, As your are interested in HR or Finance, I would say that you can opt for both. You can go with HR as Major and Finance as minor or the exact vice-versa. Few good distance education institutes are: IMT Symbiosis Amity IGNOU etc. All The Best!
