My name is wrongly printed in only in ssc marks list in 2002. How to Apply for passport without facing any problem.What I need to do?

Remaining all my certificates are with correct name.. I neglected to get my name corrected.. Some friends said that is is not possible to make corrections now.. what are the other ways to solve my problem? I hope You will show me a better way to resolve this. Thanks&Regards Uma

you must get the certificate corrected and it is important for your future use. it is the proof for your name and date of birth.it is imporatnt for your overseas education also.. you have no other proof now,except for your ration card and aadhar card.
