My personal suggestion would be to avoid dropping a year in case you are getting admission in any of the approved institute.

Hi,
Dropping a year or joining a college, the decision entirely depends on you. If you are sure you will perform well next year and get admission in good college then you may go for it.
However, with this score, you may get a seat in :
-Pt BDS. PGIMS, Rohtak
-Bhaskar Medical College
-GMC, Nagp
