My nephew has less than 45% marks in PCM / PBM. CET results are not out yet, can he get admission in engg. colleges with my PCM/PCB mark?

I can understand from what kind of thoughts you're going through because I myself have been through this tough time because I have also scored les than 60% Marks in my 12th standard. I started self-loathing and I was really depressed but One thing I was sure of that i have will and can do hard work.
