My new marks is 105 and 450 in CBSE. What is my rank in SASTRA, Thanjavur? Will I get CSE or ECE?

Hello, I guess it's difficult for you to fit into SASTRA with this score for CSE and ECE but you could get EEE and biotech as per your score. But if luck pertains you would get ECE with a chance but not CSE.

In SASTRA they consider your board mark percentage and yes of course JEE marks. I think 90% in board mark is good score to get seat there and pass mark in JEE for your category.
