My niece is in the final (3rd) year of her BCCA. What are the career-oreinted further education options she can pursue in India?

Hello Nazneen You may put her for further programs in Computer Applications. She could do MCA, MBA in IT, PG Diploma's in IT(PGDCA or PGDIT), MSc-IT, , Game Development, Web Development, Education Content Creation (Elearning). If she is creative then you may ask her to try NID or IDC, IIT for Design or Animation Film Making or any other creative Design Career. Since you're interested in AVGC, here's some advice on this sector. If you're creative, you can always consider going for Design and Animation. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Go speak to people over there and see if you like their philosophy and they change your perspective.Try their website for more details. Also remember that Animation requires good mentoring. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Wish you the best for your career.
