My OBC B rank is 1745 and General rank is 29948. Can I get CSE in Kalyani University?

The Theory paper of WB Board Class 10 carries 90 marks. A total of 10 marks is allotted for the internal assessment. Total marks are 100. 

A good rank in West Bengal Board Madhyamik exam is generally considered to be in the top 10 to 50 merit list. Students are required to score 680 to 690 out of 700. Securing 90% is considered to be good.
