My OBC category rank is 39142 in JEE Mains. Can I get civil, chemical or metallurgy branch in any of the NITs?

Hey in csab only those NIT'S take part which have some empty seats left and the probability of getting any NIT in CSAB depends upon the no of seats available . According to you JEE Mains rank we cannot predict as there are many more criteria while selecting a candidates and some times seats are left
