My OBC rank is 14200. Can I get a seat in top 15 NITs? I got an option for IIIT Ranchi for ECE. What should I do?

It's quite difficult for you to get desired branch in top 15 NITs with that rank. Since you have an opportunity to go to IIIT Ranchi, better take admission. Else if your home state NIT is good enough then you can take admission there.
