my old gre score is 970( new is 289). suggest me better universities for ms in USA.im computer engg. in final year and appling in fall 2013

I hate to break your heart but based on these marks, you will not get admission in any good university. For admission to MS, GRE score of 1200 or above, TOEFL score of 90 or above and graduation of 70% or above is the minimum requirement in any average USA university.
