My overall CAT percentile is 67.69 but for quantitative aptitude is 5.50. Will I get admission here? I have BMS from Mumbai University.

If the college doesn't have Sectional cutoffs, as one of the criteria surely you can Get Admission in AIIMs.

Which good colleges have a good track record which did not have sectional cut-off last year? Would you be able to throw light on this?

If the institute is considering overall, then you'll get admission but if they are seeing section wise then it'll be difficult.
