    Yes even if your parents names appear somewhat differently on your 10th grade transcript and other certifications you can still complete the CUET UG (Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate) form But it's imperative to deal with this problem head-on:

    Proceed with Caution: Since your 10th grade transcript is frequently the main source of verification, please fill out the form using your name precisely as it appears on it.

    Attach an Affidavit: Draft a notarized declaration or affidavit outlining the differences in your parents names and attesting that they are the same people.

    Yes, you can affix your CUET UG application form and even though your parent's name on your 10th mark sheet is different but slightly different as on other documents. In this regard Universities often know that differences may occur for a number of reasons including- spelling inconsistencies, formatting or any other. Nevertheless, it is vital to avoid filling in wrong information in the application; besides, if you can, write a brief statement explaining the inconsistency. Also, if required, you may be asked to attach copies of letters or power of attorney or any other document that may support your case or provide affidavits, if any.
