my pcm-75%,aieee rank 149000,obc category rank 40000,state rank 2800and in obc1200,i also have defence quota.where can i get a good college

In this rank You Can only get some average Private colleges. your rank is too low too get some government college or NITs. better try some Private colleges in your state or city.

You wont get an NIT for sure. Try for some private college in your locality...
