My percentage in 12th was 68.8%. Can I get admission in Has Raj College? I have 68.8 in 12th and I am from science background.

Not surely possible. Still, you can take a chance to apply for university, but chances are 98% no. Good luck.

Sorry to say but you can't. Hans Raj College releases high cut-off and it is one of the best colleges of Delhi University.
