Colleges under Delhi University are certainly the preferred amongst other by students, and thus the competition over getting a seat in good colleges is comparatively much higher.
Also, with a percentage as meagre as 68.8, you won't be able to make it to the cut offs at Hansraj college, which certainly is best amongst best under DU.
Alternatively, you might try for other universities. -

Sorry to say but you can't. Hans Raj College releases high cut-off and it is one of the best colleges of Delhi University.
