Considering general category, it is very difficult for you to get into NIT KKR with this rank. However, do check the past year's cutoff to be certain.

No, your general category rank is so high that you won't be able to get any NIT. You should try for the government colleges. PS: Please check your percentage and rank as it seems something wrong in conversion of percentage into rank.
