My percentile in JEE Mains is 81.573 and AIR RANK IS 2,14,142 and under obc BCA my rank is 68254 in which NIT I can expect a seat.

You can expect a seat from a rare NIT like in Tripura, Shimla, Sikkim, etc. But, it is not sure that you can get your favorite branch. -
