My percentile is 46.24 in OBC category, can I get BIT-Sindri? I am from Jharkhand.

In boards, I've got 50% from Jharkhand board.

It will be difficult to get BIT-Mesra with this score. Generally, the JEE Main cut off rank is under 50000. You can check the below link for other colleges based on your score. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.
