    Dear Lovelish,
92.06 is a great percentile to have. I doubt about IITs and older NITs, but you can land up in newer NITs which are just like normal colleges. With this great score, I suggest you to try for LPU, your admission will have no problem and also you get 35|% scholarship provided you apply before 20th sept. LPU has been ranked by NIRF in top 100 institutions in the country and even the ATAL rankings by MHRD have ranked it in Band A of top 25 institutions of India. The placements are fabulous and are result of invaluable inputs in terms of :

As per your JEE Mains percentile, your rank would be somewhere around 130000, therefore it's difficult to get into NIT or IITs. But don't lose hope, now a days, there are many private colleges and universities, which offer equally good education and placements. Being LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU for the B.Tech CSE course. Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many IITs. As per the world ranking, 2022 LPU has been ranked 10th amongst the top universities of India in engineering subjects. B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering is related to algorithms, computation, programming languages, programme desig

LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to

Apart from IIT, top colleges for engineering are National Institute of Technology, R. V. College of Engineering, Delhi Technological University, College of Engineering Pune, UPES Dehradun, Lovely Professional University etc. It would be a good choice to opt for Lovely Professional University as in the present scenario this is the university which caters to the all round development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. Lovely professional University is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department
