If you just want to hang the PGDM degree on the wall then there are more than 200 colleges out there which will provide you with the degree.
With MHCET-85, CMAT-79 there is no way you can grab a seat in top 10 colleges in Maharashtra.
As you are still in your final year of CS, I recommend you to not be hasty and try next year again for improvement meanwhile you can work somewhere and gain some experience which is an add-on for MBA's.
