My percentile score is 98.25, gen cat. UP rank 1490. Can i get a govt. medical college?

AIR-11,477 category rank-7166(gen cat female) delhi rank-1240 UP rank-1490,domicile of UP and Delhi 12th percentage- 91.6(cleared 12th in 2013) can i get a seat in a good medical college through NEET or should i start preparing for next year? which colleges in UP would be accepting NEET ranks?
